Health Assistant/ Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated healthcare professional to join our Advance Wound Management Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling wound care products, particularly products related to burn management and advanced wound treatment.

Candidates with experience in nursing, healthcare, medical representation, or wound/burn care will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  Promote and sell Advanced Wound Management products to hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Focus particularly on products used for burns and wound management.

  
  


• 
  

  Visit hospitals and meet with doctors, nurses, surgeons, wound-care professionals and procurement teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Explain product features, applications and benefits to healthcare professionals.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wound-care products.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct product demonstrations when required.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with potential customers and generate sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor market trends and competitor products.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve assigned sales targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, deliveries and customer requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide appropriate after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's/Diploma in Nursing, Health Science, Health Officer, or relevant qualification.

  
  


• 
  

  Medical Representatives with relevant healthcare sales experience may also apply.

  
  


• 
  

  2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical sales, wound care, burns, or hospital/clinical settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of wound management and burn care will be an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to build relationships with doctors, nurses and hospital staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

  
  


• 
  

  Target-oriented and motivated to work in a sales environment.
