Emplify Health is seeking a Healthcare Records Representative to support our Health Information team in a warehouse-based environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the timely collection, organization, distribution, and availability of patient health records, helping support continuity of care.

Major Responsibilities Include:

What's Available:

• 0.5 FTE; 20 hours/ week

• Schedule: Monday-Friday Days; typically, 4 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm.

• Location: La Crosse, WI AVS - 1920 South Ave. La Crosse, WI

• Compensation: Starting at $16.85/hour with opportunity for higher pay based on relevant work experience

What You'll Need:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency

• Experience: Minimum of One year experience (warehouse, healthcare, or administrative preferred)

• License: Valid Driver’s License, Required

• Comfortable with operating or willingness to learn warehouse equipment Wave Assist Vehicle (WAV) and electric pallet jack

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment and lifting up to 50-75 lbs. Required
