A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising health care providers, health systems, physician groups, and other industry participants on complex regulatory, compliance, and operational matters within the evolving health care landscape.

Qualifications

• 
  

  J.D. from an accredited law school

  
  


• 
  

  Active Illinois bar admission or ability to become admitted in Illinois

  
  


• 
  

  3-5 years of health care regulatory experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience advising clients on health care compliance and regulatory matters

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with federal and state health care laws and regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent academic credentials

  Advise health care clients on regulatory and compliance matters

  Analyze federal and state health care laws impacting providers and health care organizations

  Assist clients with operational, transactional, and regulatory issues

  Conduct legal research and prepare client-facing analyses

  Draft policies, agreements, memoranda, and regulatory submissions

  Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on complex health care matters
