Health Law Litigation Associate Attorney (Non-Shareholder Track)
Chattanooga, Johnson City, or Atlanta

Our client is seeking an attorney with two or more years of litigation experience to join its Health Law Litigation practice in a non-shareholder track position, open to the Chattanooga, Johnson City, or Atlanta office.

This is an opportunity to join a team of attorneys and paralegals defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in healthcare litigation matters, with partial remote work and flexible or reduced hours genuinely available.

Responsibilities

• Defend hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in healthcare litigation matters as part of a collaborative team.
• Handle discovery and motion practice across an active litigation docket.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and related filings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Two or more years of litigation experience.
• Healthcare litigation experience is a plus, though not required.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, with hands-on discovery and motion practice experience.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Georgia and Tennessee law license preferred.
