Recruiter
on the Health & Sciences staffing team in our
Columbia, MD
office. We are a rapidly growing staffing firm where you will be thoroughly trained for a rewarding career in the staffing industry on our team and earn uncapped commission!
Responsibilities of the Divisional Recruiter:Identify and engage with job seekers in the Maryland staffing market.Match candidates to job openings available at our clients.Post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review applicants, and screen for technical fit.Manage the full recruiting life cycle from initial point of contact to the end of their contract or engagement with us, including submitting to the hiring manager, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary, checking references, assisting with onboarding, and more.
Qualifications of the Divisional Recruiter:1 or more years of IT staffing agency recruitment experience, preferably in the Life Sciences verticalCompetitiveness and high level of money motivationCoachability and eagerness to learnPositive attitude and resilience; ability to “bounce back” from rejectionWillingness to work on-site in our Columbia office 3-4 days per week [100% remote candidates will not be considered]
