PalAmerican Security - Healthcare Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Manages staffing schedule for the entire portfolio
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Responsible for performance management and discipline of employees
- Oversee Static and Mobile Patrol Operation
- Acts as the primary representative for PalAmerican Security employees within the assigned Healthcare portfolio
- Ensures site-based contractual obligations including KPI's are met and fulfilled
- Maintains a regular communication and positive business relationship with the client organization's key stakeholders at the site level
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of related experience
