Healthcare Analyst Compensation/Highlights: $26.73 p/hr
- FULLY REMOTE working from home
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Healthcare Analyst Hours: Full-time 8 hours per day 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM EST
What does the Healthcare Analyst do?
- This Health Care Analyst will support data collection and administrative/technical support Retail inbound interactive voice response (IVR) system.
- Working cross functionally, this candidate will be responsible for researching customer inquiries and complaints and supporting the inbound IVR operations.
- The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You will have a collaborative mindset and work well with across multiple teams.
- Additionally, the candidate will have experience documenting products in an agile environment with basic proficiency in Microsoft products
Healthcare Analyst Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (no specific major)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in operations, product or management/development,
- 1+ years of experience working on cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end
- 1+ years of experience identifying and documenting projects/products in the agile process
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to gain support and commitment on a path forward.
- Collaborates effectively and builds relationships across the company to resolve problems and to advance priorities on time.
