Location: Georgia (remote)

About the Role: As a Healthcare Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and payment alignment between patients, American healthcare organizations, and insurance companies. Your primary focus will be on solving issues, providing support, and coordinating payments efficiently. 


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Engage with patients, American healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues. 



  • Facilitate clear communication between all parties to ensure accurate and timely payments. 



  • Align payment processes and provide various options for compensation of services. 



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and payment alignments. 



  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of payment processes. 



  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent support and problem-solving. 


Qualifications: 



  • Proficient in English (B2+ level). 



  • Experience working with clients, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies. 



  • Strong multitasking abilities and stress-resistant nature. 



  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. 



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 



  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
