Healthcare Data Analyst

A leading healthcare client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be working with the company's pharmaceutical clients dealing with medical and pharmacy claims. The team primarily deals with data deliveries within their internal analytics portal called their control center. The team is currently using Hadoop and transitioning to using Databricks to transfer data in the cloud. The ideal candidate will be a SME within Databricks and has used Alteryx to analyze data. The team runs AdHoc data requests using SQL queries to read and solution the current data sets. Healthcare experience will set a candidate apart and create a smooth transition into this data role.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience building, deploying, sharing, and maintaining data using Databricks or equivalent

Experience with Python and SQL

Experience with ETL processes

Proficient with V-lookups and Pivot Tables

Experience large data processing and governance policies

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field

Data aggregator or Healthcare Experience (IQVIA, Health Verity, Komodo, Optum Insights, CVS, Symphony Health, Cossex, DataVant, Mckesson, Change Healthcare, relay health ect)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using Alteryx to manipulate, analyze, and automate data jobs

Experience with Hadoop
