Healthcare Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate (1 t o4 years of experience; class of 2021 to 2024 only) to join our Health Care Litigation Practice Group at a leading regional law firm. This role focuses primarily on healthcare-related litigation with exposure to broader commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, experience with discovery and motion practice, and the ability to contribute effectively to complex, high-stakes cases. A federal clerkship is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters primarily in healthcare and related commercial disputes
• Assist with discovery, drafting motions, and legal research
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-exposure cases
• Manage case documentation with attention to detail and deadlines
• Maintain professional judgment and adhere to firm standards in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant litigation experience (class of 2021 to 2024 only)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required
• Strong academic background
• Federal clerkship strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and writing skills
• Stable and professional background
