Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Marketing Specialist at The MedServ Group, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with nursing homes and assisted living facilities. You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities while maintaining relationships with key healthcare professionals (administrators) at facilities within your region.

Healthcare Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing marketing strategies to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Scheduling in-person meetings with decision makers at nursing homes and assisted living facilities to discuss the services MedServ has to offer. Our services include but are not limited to optometry, podiatry, dermatology, primary care, urology, psychiatry, endocrinology and wound care.
Developing long term relationships with key healthcare professionals while promoting our services and expanding our reach across the healthcare community.
Representing the company at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs (occasionally).
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Preferred Healthcare Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Marketer or similar role.
Previous healthcare marketing experience servicing the skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility setting.
Familiarity with medical procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Information

Schedule: 9:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday).
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually plus commission.
Must own a car. We will cover your travel expenses.
