Healthcare Partnership Senior Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven leader to serve as our Healthcare Partnerships Senior Manager across The Good Feet Store franchise brand and our affiliated brands. This individual will own the medical referral program from outreach to conversion. The role combines sales outreach with customer success, driving traffic through trusted healthcare referrals while strengthening our brand reputation and delivering revenue growth. It requires smooth execution to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, franchisee adoption, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Serve as the central point of contact ensuring alignment between healthcare professionals (HCPs), franchisees, and our corporate leadership including the Chief Medical Officer.
- Build pipelines of potential clinic partners through targeted outreach
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the referral program, ensuring processes are seamless, scalable, and consistently executed across brands.
- Follow each HCP during the partnership program process to ensure satisfaction and address and concerns.
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure repeatable success and compliance. Establish and maintain time-based follow-up standards (e.g., rapid acknowledgment, timely scheduling) with franchisees; monitor adherence in CRM and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and referral partners to increase program adoption and trust.
- Partner with franchisees to support local implementation and maximize referral traffic into stores.
- Act as the primary liaison between corporate leadership, franchise owners, and medical partners to resolve challenges and accelerate opportunities.
- Take a hands-on active approach to ensuring all stakeholders succeed, monitor clinic performance, and re-engage underperforming partnerships.
Project Management
- Drive the execution of all referral program initiatives, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and scalable.
- Maintain relationships with HCPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training, materials, technology tools, and communication for franchisees and staff.
- Create content and training for HCPs and their staff to understand our product and services.
- Track KPIs including, but not limited to, referral volume, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Brand Trust & Growth
- Position the referral program as a credible, trustworthy channel that elevates the Good Feet brand and our other affiliate brands.
- Continuously optimize program design based on data, feedback, and evolving market/healthcare dynamics to increase clinic retention and drive consistent month-over-month growth in appointments from medical referrals.
- Ensure that the program contributes meaningfully to traffic growth, revenue gains, and overall franchisee success.
- Establish an HCP community, including publishing newsletters
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 years in med-tech/pharmaceutical inside sales, customer success, or healthcare partnerships with proven results in pipeline development and program adoption..
- Background: Strong knowledge of healthcare referral dynamics, medical partnerships, or related fields preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong phone and email outreach with proven clinic training and relationship-building skills with physicians and front-office staff
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar), outreach tools, and dashboard management
- Disciplined approach to setting requirements, enforcing compliance, and aligning retail operators
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership Style: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders into alignment and willingness to be as hands on as is required to make programs a success for all involved.
Success Metrics
- Growth in referral-based traffic and sales across franchise system.
- High franchisee adoption and satisfaction with program execution.
- Positive brand reputation with healthcare professionals. Strong clinic retention and consistent growth in appointments from medical referrals
- Operational efficiency and scalability of referral program processes.
Compensation: Base $95,000–$110,000 + Bonus. Performance-based variable bonus with accelerator multipliers for overachievement. Benefits included.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role will not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones. This position operates in person at our Del Mar headquarters, and 3-4 days per week in person is required.
