Healthcare Recruiter
Full-Time | Openwork Health
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in connecting local healthcare professionals with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients provide essential care in their communities. This isn’t your typical recruiting role — it’s a mix of relationship-building, operational coordination, and mission-driven hustle.
As a Healthcare Recruiter with Openwork Health, you’ll wear a few important hats — talent scout, compliance coordinator, and candidate advocate. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for per diem and contract assignments across Kansas.
Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure they meet licensing, certification, and compliance requirements in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
Create professional submission packets for client review and placement consideration.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with healthcare talent — maintaining an active pipeline and staying connected to their goals and preferences.
Verify credentials and facilitate background checks, drug screens, and immunization records before placement.
