Location: Redlands, CA 92373

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8an -- 5pm

Responsibilities:

o Responsible for recruiting and hiring healthcare candidates for job openings.

o Ensures candidates are interviewed, tested and have completed credentialing before being placed on assignment.

o Collaborates with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing requirements and develops recruitments strategies to fulfill their needs.

o Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to fill customer’s staffing requirements.

o Utilizes an ATS to manage candidates, employees and client information.

o Performs follow-up and quality control calls per T&T Staffing standards.

o Builds strong relationships with candidates and clients.

o Acts as a Trusted Advisor by maintaining business relationships through clients’ visits, marketing activities and clients’ events.

o Skill markets qualified candidates to expand business.

Qualifications:

o 2 to 3 years healthcare staffing experience necessary with a focus on nursing recruitment preferred.

o Knowledge of healthcare staffing practices, regulations and compliance requirements

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

o Computer literate

o Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

o Typing 40 wpm o Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.

$25 per hour + bonus
