· 1st year earnings projection = $55,000 - $65,000
· 2nd year earnings projection = $75,000+
· 3rd year earnings projection = 6-figure income

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, the
Recruiter
is responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals with the goal of fulfilling contract orders from clients. This is a sales recruiting role responsible for finding healthcare professionals, taking them through the qualification process and submittal to our clients in accordance with company and client policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Make prospecting calls/connections and follow up on all leads.
· Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare professionals.
· Qualify healthcare professionals by reviewing their experience and confirming licenses and certifications.
· Conduct virtual interviews and discuss general/available contract opportunities.
· Obtain and verify completed nurse applications and conduct reference checks.
· Assign all appropriate checklists, testing, and compliance items that are required.
· Create healthcare professional profiles for submittal to clients.
· Qualify and create pay packages based on desired contract location.
· Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client specific database.
