Nurse Healthcare Recruiters needed - URGENT - Quick hire for qualified candidates with experience in hiring Nurses

Nurse Recruiter - 3 month plus Contract  Must be located in the vicinity of NYC area / Hybrid

• Must have experience recruiting Nurses
• Conduct full-cycle Healthcare / Nurse recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Sources, evaluates and interviews exempt and non-exempt candidates using the most timely and cost-effective methods

HOURS: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

All qualified applicants will be called immediately

Salary: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter specializing in hiring Nurses. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter hiring Nurses / CNA's
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and requirements
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
