Job Description:

As a Medstaff Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new recruiting leads to support our clients' staffing needs. Ideally, this individual will have 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with proven success in identifying and developing new Physician, Psychiatry, Physician Assistant, and Nurse Practitioner leads from multiple sources including marketing, prospect lists, as well as from individual research. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to partner with a team that will implement their suggestions to make our team more efficient and effective in our staffing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physician and mid-level sourcing through mediums such as cold calling, social media farming, online job boards, recruitment databases, professional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings
  • Qualify, present and match candidates to the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate qualifications against open job orders
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of providers actively looking for job opportunities
  • Work closely with our account management team as well as our sales team to establish market alignment and meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate rates, travel arrangements, shifts to be worked, etc. together with the account management team
  • Be a healthcare staffing consultant and a true partner to help your candidates find their ideal jobs
  • Ensure data integrity within our database
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing goals and objectives in locum tenens
  • Achieve assigned GP and KPI goals
  • This position may be local or remote (work from home).

Qualifications:

  • Recruiting experience (3+ years)
  • Master at making a volume of outbound calls daily
  • Strong individual time management skills
  • Desire to help scale a company and grow revenue
  • Strong persuasive communication and presenting skills
  • Possess a tenacious and persistent approach towards achieving goals
  • Highly motivated by earning potential

Education:

  • BA or BS Degree
