HealthPlus Staffing is looking for sales consultants/healthcare recruiters to join our team (Commission only basis). HealthPlus Staffing is a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, providing services to hospitals, clinics, and private practices nationwide. We focus on Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and ancillary staff for both clinical and non clinical roles. We take pride in our vetting abilities and are looking for strong minded individuals who can work independently, and as part of a team.
Job Duties:
- Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to our large database of clients nationwide
- Ensure that candidate records are accurate and up to date within CRM
- Utilize social media to promote our job openings and find new candidates
- Must be able to adapt to challenging situations, and be solution-based oriented
- Must communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities
- Must be comfortable with negotiating with candidates
- Must possess a professional level of written and oral communication skill
- Average compensation is $100,000+ the vey first year
- Average commissions per deal is $3,000
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in sales selling products or services
- Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and following procedures
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Must be goal oriented and organized
- Knowledge in the medical space is preferred, but not required
- Ability to meet weekly KPI's
- Must have a computer and cell phone to operate effectively
