Healthcare Recruiter – Temporary - $40 - $50/hour - California Residents Only

Highly regarded healthcare organization is seeking a collaborative Healthcare Recruiter for a 4 month temporary engagement.  Prior Workday software and/or PHR certification is highly preferred.

As part of a tenured and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in providing full-cycle recruiting to a growing organization. You strive for excellence and have a proven track record in a high volume, demanding environment

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 4 months
• Pay: $40 – $50/hour
• Location: Remote. Must reside in California for payroll purposes
• Background/Drug: Hire contingent on clear criminal background and drug screen per federal guidelines

Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

• Manage high volume requisition load; with a focus on licensed clinical and ancillary roles
• Applicant screening/interview/selection process, coordinating the pre- and post-job offer, and ensuring effective and applicable new hire orientation and/or training
• Analyze trends and provide regular reports related to recruitment, time to fill, quality of sources, demographics, etc.
• Provide a collaborative, solutions-centric approach
• Utilize networking and social sites to source talent

Healthcare Recruiter Ideal Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum 3 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare
• Proven track record of successfully filling a large volume of open positions under short time frames
• Experience with Workday software
• Be self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
• Excellent time management skills; proven track record of producing timely results
• PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred
