What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to bring on high-quality clinicians and place them in staffing assignments
Promote employer's services and yourself to potential clinicians
Manage the hiring process for clinicians through sourcing, interviewing, offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding
Utilize sourcing methods such as cold-calling, applicant tracking system, referrals, and searching job boards and resume databases
Present qualified clinicians to clients while maintaining positive relationships

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Must currently live in Central or Eastern Time in the United States
1-2 years of healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
Skilled in healthcare recruiting, recruiting for temporary or short-term placements, clinician sourcing, and cold calling
Go-getter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
