Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for McLaren Oakland Hospital located in Pontiac, MI.
 

 

The Retail Manager provides leadership for both their management and hourly teams to drive best practice through the preparation of meals to guests. This position works closely with leadership, the community, and the other departments to create strategic plans for the food service departments.









What You'll Do






  • create and deliver innovative and enriching café experiences, family and staff daily; 
  • deliver high quality food service; 
  • mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships; 
  • directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources;
  • manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;

  • proven ability to mentor, train, and coach frontline employees;

Qualifications & Requirements






Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
