Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment of patients' hearing needs through consultations.
• Learn to demonstrate and provide information about hearing aids and related products.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Support the hearing care professional in delivering excellent service and follow-up care.
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in hearing instrument technology.

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay during training, with opportunities for additional earnings once licensed.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

• Associates Degree or Higher; relevant education in audiology or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally in the field of hearing healthcare.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
