Job Summary

The Heat Treat Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe movement, handling, and tracking of pipe materials while supporting production schedules and meeting quality requirements. This role requires working outdoors and around heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move, track, and monitor pipe materials throughout the heat‑treat process
• Support daily and weekly production schedules
• Ensure all quality standards are met
• Operate and work around heavy equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Work rotating shifts as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating shifts
• Bilingual preferred 
• PPE
