Heavy Duty Mechanic - Direct Hire

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to repair and maintain electric, diesel, and gasoline mobile equipment. This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reads job orders and observe/listen to equipment to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
  


• Troubleshoot all types of mobile equipment, including but not limited to: Skid\-Steers, Forklifts, Loaders, Car Crushers, Balers, Street Sweepers, etc.
  


• Perform Preventative Maintenance as designated on mobile equipment.
  


• Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on equipment.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or 3 years mobile mechanic experience.
  


• Basic math skills.
  


• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail.
