Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform high-quality repair and maintenance on all components, including engines, transmissions, and EV's.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and Test-drive complex mechanical and electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize GM diagnostic tools and software to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair timelines and necessary parts.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: Proven track record as an  Automotive Technician or Diesel Technician (Dealership experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: State Certifications required, and ASE certifications are highly valued (Technician Excellence Program Match).

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Skill: Proficiency in engine teardowns, transmission repair, and chassis work.

  
  


• 
  

  Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Mindset: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a "team-player" attitude.

  
  


• Driving: Valid Drivers license and a clean driving record.  


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent


• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
