What You’ll Be Working On


You’ll work on a mix of equipment—not just one product line:



  • Cranes (including Broderson)

  • Forklifts & lift trucks

  • Telehandlers (SkyTrak)

  • Diesel, gas, and LP engines

  • Hydraulic and electrical systems

What Your Day Looks Like



  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions

  • Keep equipment safe, reliable, and job-site ready

  • Document work clearly and accurately



If you enjoy diagnosing problems and working on a variety of equipment, you’ll fit in well here.


 


What You Bring



  • Experience working on heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery

  • Strong troubleshooting skills—you can figure things out

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Basic tools preferred (specialty tools provided)

  • Ability to safely handle tools, materials, and equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed (with or without reasonable accommodation)


 


Nice to Have (Not Required)



  • Experience with cranes or construction equipment

  • Chauffeur’s license or willingness to obtain (we can help)
