Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed maintenance and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, and loaders.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to aid in repairs.
• Order parts and maintain inventory for completed repairs.
• Document all repairs, maintenance conducted, and parts used in service logs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment within the shop.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools used in the field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
