Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Commercial Operator to join our team in Bourne Mass. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery used in construction, excavation, and material handling, ensuring efficiency and safety on every job site.

Pay is $30-35 an hour

  Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, loaders, graders, and forklifts.

  Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow site plans, blueprints, and verbal instructions from supervisors.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA and company guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring balance and proper handling.



• 
  

  Maintain clear communication with site managers and other team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Record operational data and equipment usage for project tracking and reporting.

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED (required).

  
  


• 
  

  MA Hoisting License and osha 10 card

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of equipment safety protocols.
