Job Summary

T.L Hanks Excavating in now hiring for:

Heavy Equipment operators - experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibilities
  • Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans
  • Ability to be able to direct crews
  • Ability to do hillside work
  • Ability to do final/finish grades within 1/10
• Day-to-day activities of the position.
  • Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S
  • Work is mostly in the Rio Verde/ Scottsdale area
• Function of this position
  • Ability to work with and direct others on the job

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Heavy Equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable and Dependable
• Ability to perform​​​ physical job tasks in all climate conditions
• Reliable Transportation and phone
