Join a leading mining operation as an Underground Haul Truck Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in our salt mining operations. This position offers a competitive base pay of $22.30/hour plus shift differential and an attractive 19.5% monthly performance bonus. We're seeking experienced heavy equipment operators who prioritize safety and efficiency in underground mining environments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely operate haul trucks and other heavy equipment in underground mining operations
• Transport and handle salt and materials both above and below ground
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance procedures
• Maintain comprehensive mining operation records and documentation
• Execute conveyor, crusher, and screen deck maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with all MSHA safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep
• Maintain clean and safe work environments through regular housekeeping

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (haul trucks, wheeled loaders, or articulated trucks)
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities and safety awareness
• Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work in varying underground temperatures
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
• Excellent English communication skills
