The Opportunity
Earth Tech Enterprises is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our growing operations in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and skid steers
Perform site preparation, grading, and earthmoving work
Execute excavation and trenching according to plans and specifications
Load, move, and place materials safely and efficiently
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects moving
Follow all safety protocols and job site requirements

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or site development
Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site work
Ability to read and follow job site plans and directions
Commitment to safety and quality work
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work

What Sets You Apart

Experience with fine grading or finish work
OSHA certification or safety training
Ability to operate multiple types of equipment
