Heavy Line Technician

AL Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach is seeking two experienced Heavy Line Technicians to join our team in Florida, FL. Candidates should have strong diagnostic abilities and well-rounded repair skills as general technicians. This role requires proficiency in electrical and drive-ability diagnostics, as well as the ability to perform a wide range of mechanical repairs. We are looking for technicians who can work independently, accurately diagnose complex issues, and deliver high-quality repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and drive-ability issues on heavy line vehicles


• Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs with accuracy and efficiency


• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems


• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and are completed on time


• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a heavy line technician or similar role


• Strong diagnostic skills, particularly in electrical and drive-ability systems


• Ability to perform a variety of mechanical repairs


• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively
