Job Description - Hebrew Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for Hebrew Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry! If you are passionate about education and eager to help others, this position provides a fantastic opportunity to support learners and educational institutions. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding our e-learning platforms and educational services, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning services, course offerings, and account management in Hebrew.
  • Provide guidance on using the e-learning platform, including navigation and resources.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the education team to convey customer insights and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on education trends and platform updates to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing clear and helpful assistance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Able to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
