Job Description - Hebrew Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce a vacancy for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cars and providing top-tier customer support. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in Hebrew, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate automotive services and products with ease.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
  • Assist customers with vehicle information, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
