Job Description - Hebrew Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the banking industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch financial service and support to banking customers. You will leverage your language skills to effectively communicate with clients in Hebrew, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
  • Provide information about account management, loan products, and service features.
  • Assist customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and online banking services.
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the banking system.
  • Collaborate with other banking departments to facilitate overall service delivery.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and new product offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
