Job Description - Hebrew Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about energy solutions and committed to helping customers with their inquiries. You will be a vital part of our team, assisting clients in navigating our products and services while providing top-notch support in Hebrew.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
  • Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and industry regulations.
  • Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
