Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, the benefits of renewable energy, and available options.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting energy-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
