Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
• Provide assistance with order placements, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
