abra R&D is looking for a Help Desk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing internal support for a multi-user environment
  • Working with multimedia rooms
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, communication, endpoint equipment issues and more
  • Ongoing support in Windows environment
  • Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in the organization
  • At least 2-3 years of experience providing telephone and in-person support to end users
  • Proven experience in user management and permission granting (Active Directory, Office365 including Exchange)
  • Experience installing endpoint equipment, handling maintenance and network issues
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers versions 2012-2019
  • Experience working with VoIP telephone systems - advantage
  • Experience working with multimedia rooms - advantage
  • Experience in field positions - advantage
