Job Description - Help Desk Specialist

As a Help Desk Specialist, you possess and apply skills on multiple complex work assignments. These assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. We need someone who can operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. You contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. This position is 100% on-site.

  • Must possess a minimum of active TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a CI Poly.
  • Demonstrated experience serving customers who need technical assistance via phone or e-mail, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, and providing quick resolution and customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience working help desk issues in a classified environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in the related field with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years or a Bachelor's Degree in an area related to the related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
