Do you have a passion in setting up printers or provide with desktop or laptop set ups. The ideal candidate must have an excellent experience with hardware support, troubleshoot PC or Mac software and operating systems. Also, you will be providing field support to clients within the housing network. Hours 8am-5pm M-F

salary: $24 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Randstad is seeking for a help desk support to assist a department with providing suppor for incomming help desk requests

Assist with desktop/laptop buildouts

Test moderately software packages

Provide quality control and effective customer support

Ability to facilitate the timely resolution of support requests by monitoring, prioritizing and seeking resources

Ability to install network printer to laptops.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
