Job Description:- Providing client support and system monitoring
- Performing backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing
- Conducting backups, provide technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls and fulfilling report requests
- Monitoring the status of equipment such as; PCs, printers; Performing file transfers
- Perform project work when required; and, Troubleshooting issues to a resolution.
Qualifications:- Associates (2 year) degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations and must be able to effectively troubleshoot, work with customers and have strong organizational and record keeping skills.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
Additional:- Onsite, Boston MA
- Rate Range: 23-28/HR (based on experience)
