Help Desk Technician

180600 Help Desk Technician, Aurora, CO, 6 Months contract
Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work onsite with our client located in Aurora, CO.

Shift Timings : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Job Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of HelpDesk experience
• Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple computers
• Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience trouble shooting issues remotely
• Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
• Experience with using ticketing systems
• Able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute
• Able to write

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one Comptia or Microsoft certification or other relevant IT certification
• Experience with Active Directory
