Job Description - Help Desk Technician (Confidential Client)

Overview


Seitel Systems has been asked to source candidates for a Help Desk technician for one of our Clients.  They are a growing 50-person CPA firm located in the Seattle/Bellevue area seeking a strong candidate to support the firm’s IT needs from a service desk prospective.  The client offers competitive compensation and benefits.


 


Please note, local candidates only.  We will not accept applicants who don't currently live in the Puget Sound area.

Job Description


 


Required qualities:



  • Two to four years of hands-on technical experience (or educational equivalent) and a desire to grow their professional skills.

  • A great sense of customer service

  • A solid work ethic

  • Excellent communication skills at both technical and non-technical level

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and quality of work

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills

  • Adeptness at utilizing resources and finding solutions


 


Required technical proficiencies:



  • Minimum two years of hands-on technical experience:

  • Desktop Support (PC)

  • Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows)

  • Office365 

  • Familiar with Windows Server 

  • Familiar with hosted solutions (Azure/AWS)

  • Anti-Virus Solutions

  • Backup System Solutions

  • Active Directory and/or Entra


 


Optional technical proficiency:



  • IP Routing/Switching

  • Firewalls

  • SharePoint

We operate with an in-office work model. 


 


This position is based out of Seattle area office primarily supporting internal professionals. Candidate must reside locally.
