Job Description - HEMA Director

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience, including direct experience creating and executing Medicare strategies for medical products. Strong knowledge of Medicare coverage and payment systems and understanding of Agency structure and decision-making processes. Demonstrated ability to drive decisions in trade associations or similar membership organizations. Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly communicating complex policy and reimbursement information in business relevant language. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead through influence. Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision. People management experience in the reimbursement/market access field. Experience at CMS. Experience in the medical device industry. An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH or MHA in health policy, health economics, healthcare administration, health services research, or similar discipline.
