• % of Practice: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology

• Required Procedures:

- OP Hem & Onc & IM

- Participation on a tumor board

- Mgt of VAD/CV catheters

• Lab Onsite: Yes

• No. of Exam Rooms: 16

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Nurse Oncologist will administer the chemotherapy

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WA License or IMLC

• BC

• BLS
