• Support Staff: 1 APP, 8 RNs, 4 Office Staff

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WI License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• BLS
