- 1 APP Daily Oncology
- Trained RNs
- APP Support
• Specialty Backup: Hazard Physician Team
• Case Mix:
- Hematology and Solid Tumor Cases;
- High -Acuity Leukemia Cases Referred to Tertiary Centers
• Procedures: Infusion Supervision, Oncology Follow -Ups, Supportive Care Visits
• Trauma Level: Critical Access Facility
• EMR: Meditech
• Other Info:
- Locums providers participate in tumor board
- Approximately 20% new patients / 80% follow -ups
- APPs assist with documentation and orders collaboratively
- Standard oncology infusion supervision model
