       - Additional support personnel

       - General Hematology
       - Community -based Medical Oncology
       - Adult cancer care and blood disorders

• Office Equipment: Standard outpatient oncology clinic equipment

• Beds in the Dept: Hospital bed size: 131

       - Brand -new Hematology/Oncology practice opening September 2026
       - Community -based oncology program
       - Opportunity to help establish and grow a new service line
       - Clinic and hospital practice setting
• Hospital Privileges Available: Yes

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology required
• Active Pennsylvania License: Required or IMLC LOQ in hand at presentation
• DEA: Required
