Average Daily Volume: 15 -18 patients per day
Admissions: No
Phone Consults: 1 -3 per week

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: ECW (EClinical works), Meditech
Support Staff Available: Hemoc trained ARNP, nurses

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 30 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Bone marrow biopsies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC
Licenses: OR
DEA: Active
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Residency/Fellowship required

Duties & Responsibilities

Direct hospital -based outpatient care
Chemotherapy program director/provider
Perform bone marrow biopsies
Manage 15 -18 patients per day
1 -3 phone consults per week
